Refunds

Due to the fragile nature of shipping ceramics, there will be no refunds or returns.

If an item arrives damaged, please be sure to snap pictures of both the box and the product, and send them to nightshadeceramics@gmail.com so we can rectify this issue as quickly as possible by either sending a replacement or refunding the cost of the item. Please also be sure to send receipt of purchase with pictures. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If your item arrives damaged and you have sent proof of purchase and damages, and we have agreed on a refund rather than a replacement, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This is in very rare cases, typically refunds will not be given. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Pipes

Must be 18 years or older to purchase a pipe. The pipes are for tobacco use only.
