This mug features a chanterelle mushroom on the left of the handle. This is the mug on the left in the first picture.
A tactile experience in mug form, this little baby is perfect for the mushroom lover in your life (yes, that totally can include yourself--no judgement)! Three different species of mushrooms have been sculpted and attached all around this mug. Ranging from the vibrant yellow oyster mushrooms, the indigo ink caps, or the classic amanitas, there is a little something for everyone here.
The outside is a matte white glaze, and the mushrooms have been left raw. The inside is a glossy white.
Each mug holds 16 fl oz. Hand washing is recommended for the longevity of this product.
*While this is food safe, it is not safe for the stovetop or use inside the oven. It is microwave safe. Like all ceramics, it is not recommended for this piece to experience oscillation between temperature extremes. See FAQ's for more details on this.
*Some of the colors of the mushrooms bled in onto the matte white glaze, muddying it in places (specifically around the indigo ink caps). The matte white also moved in some places, making it not as smooth as it could be. It is purely for aesthetic reasons that the mug has been discounted. Pictures included.
